This award-winning patisserie, founded by Aya Tamaki, offers exquisite gluten-free desserts inspired by the Japanese interpretation of Western sweets (yogashi). Despite the absence of wheat flour, the desserts are characterized by their lightness, balanced flavor (less sweet), and beautiful presentation. The menu includes cakes, choux cream, as well as a wide selection of sake and beverages.
