Anne-Sophie Pic represents fourth generation of culinary family, her great-grandfather earned three Michelin stars in 1934. Specializes in using rare spices from different countries worldwide. Collection includes over 200 spice varieties including berbere blend, sumac from Lebanon and black cardamom from Nepal. Each dish contains minimum five different spices. Works with perfumer to create aromatic compositions.
