Hōseki

Japanese restaurant operates seasonal menu changing every two months according to Japanese calendar. Imports ingredients from different Japanese prefectures including sea urchin from Hokkaido, wasabi from Shizuoka and sake from Niigata. Chef follows kaiseki principles with emphasis on umami. Presentation follows Japanese aesthetics with handmade ceramics.
