D.O.M. is an iconic restaurant in São Paulo, led by world-renowned chef Alex Atala. Opened in 1999, it was the first Brazilian restaurant to be awarded two Michelin stars. The restaurant is known for its innovative gastronomic concept that explores and celebrates unique native Brazilian ingredients, many sourced from the Amazon, through a contemporary lens and tasting menus (4, 8, or "Plant Kingdom" courses).
