One of the country's first multidisciplinary cultural centers and a true paradise for art lovers! Opened in 1982, this massive 46,500 m² complex includes five libraries, theaters, cinemas, and exhibition spaces. The Sérgio Milliet library — the city's second-largest — is particularly interesting. Almost all events here are free or at symbolic prices. The 'meeting' architecture creates a unique atmosphere of creativity and community.
