Himanshu Saini was born in Delhi and learned cooking from his mother as a child in Sui Walan district. After hotel management institute, he worked at Indian Accent under Manish Mehrotra. In 2014 he moved to Dubai, opening Trèsind, then Trèsind Studio with 20 seats in 2018. The 17-course menu called Rising India represents 5000 years of subcontinent history. Guests move through different restaurant areas.
