Turkish restaurant presents Anatolian cuisine from Black Sea region to Mediterranean. Pide bread baked in stone oven, dolma stuffed with rice, mint and dill. Baklava made from 40 phyllo layers with pistachios from Gaziantep. Raki served with white cheese and melon per Ottoman tradition.
