Three brothers from Aleppo Mohammad, Wassim and Omar Orfali opened restaurant in 2021 during pandemic. Mohammad runs main kitchen, two younger brothers work on second floor with desserts. Before opening they conducted cooking courses Orfali Bros Masterclass from 2017. Their cuisine has no borders, mixing Syrian traditions with Asian ingredients and European techniques. Popular dish The Eat H combines Aleppian, Armenian, Kurdish and Turkish ways of preparing bulgur.
