Restaurant uses 11 different fire cooking techniques including grilling, smoking, charcoal roasting and earth oven cooking. Wood sourced from fruit trees to give dishes special aroma. Open kitchen allows watching fire work. Meat aged in own dry aging chamber. Serves steaks, seafood and vegetables with smoky notes.
